Getting Started

Having a draft position description is a great place to start. Make sure you read through the description carefully and modify it to suit your organisational needs and culture. These templates were prepared for a Neighbourhood House, so their mission statements may not align with yours. Thinking about what your organisation values and aims for in producing its programs will help you draft your mission, vision, and values.
